- Arrange insurance for your new property - according to completion dates
- Is your hot water tank rented? Notify company re: the new purchaser's take over of lease
- When moving out of town ask a friend or relative to receive your mail for a 3 month period
- Arrange new telephone service to new home
- Discontinue oil or gas delivery
- Cablevision disconnection
